Looking to Make Fast Deposit (US customer)

I want to bet on the super bowl tonight and I'm in need of some help. Can someone recommend a book/service that has a fast deposit? I noticed a lot of the main books make you fill out a credit card verification form and fax it to them. Unfortunately, I don't have access to a fax machine today.
