The league was started 2013 (or earlier), we've had very little turnover until 4 drops this year, which creates an opportunity for others to squeeze in while they can

Would be interested if moved towards ppr and KDS drafting with third round reversal . Random draft order with snake puts the top picks at too big of an advantage. Kds adds another interesting layer of strategy.

Disagree about snake drafting, it's statistically balanced as long as you have an even number of rounds

Kentucky Derby Style. You submit your preferred draft pick order and then its a random draw. First player chosen gets his first pick preference. Goes hand in hand with third round reversal. So if your preferred spot is to pick 10th, and you are drawn 5th, you could still get your preferred pick if no previous owner chose it. If that makes sense. Adds a significant layer of preparation and strategy. Third round reversal ensures that every player wont pick the early spots as their preferred. I normally prefer to pick in the middle. More time to think in betweem picks and avoid the effects of 3RR.

I won my fantasy league last year, so I'll be picking last.
