Looking for a good stock tip

Got about 5500 cash in my IRA account and would like to see if anyone here has a new set of eyes for me.
Got mortgage REITs, oil and mlps.

Now isn't a good time to enter the market IMO.......the market is way over valued, & has been for a while. I'm thinking it will adjust within a year......but I could be wrong.
