We have gone thru all the schedules for this year and now that the NFL has their toughest opponent method of figuring in last years records for this years opponents we have done the same for the NCAA. Below is a chart that has this years records of each teams opponents and this is how the NCAA judges toughest opponets for 2009. I believe we are the first site to publish it. This is update April 15th and as teams make any changes to their schedule we will update this list. Also keep in mind I feel my toughest opponents rankings are by far the best and I will have my personal rankings in this years 2009 Phil Steele's College Football Preview.
