Does anyone know if a offshore book will conect you with one of their local agents that send them business.I know that agents go through many of these places.

First, make sure you've got the cash. You have to make relatively large plays for an agent to take your action unless I'm mistaken. Second, stop asking on an internet message board. This is how books get in trouble, as this is illegal basically having a bookie.
