Either give them a 10 week payback with interest or charge interest each week and hope they never pay the principle back??For 1000$, charge 150$-200$ a week for 10 weeks. Or charge 100$ a week interest on a 1000$ and hope he never pays you the 1000$ back. 5,200$ interest a year and still owed the 1000$,lol.

a couple years back i borrowed 5 k from a guy that does this, he charged me 3 % because he knew me . he normally charged 5 % to regular people. it was paid off in 5 weeks he made 750 bucks off me.
I knew this big time guy back in the day. Into everything very well respected. Was not involved with this business cause he did not want to profit on other peoples misery.
The going rate is 2-3% a week but if you are dead set in getting involved I would have them secure it with Jewelery and charge a lower rate perhaps monthly. But I would strongly suggest something else.
