My advice would be not to wait and wait for a response as we grow a beard, but to be aggresive and ambitious about a response, maybe call them.

2. There is a "last update" time listed for every book. If a book doesn't update (eg their feed goes down), then the line, obviously, could be stale.

You can change the refresh rate. Just click on the time interval that you'd like it to refresh at - 15, 30, ... OFF.

SportsNetwork provides scores. Perhaps they had an issue the one time on the unknown day that you checked the score. I'm still working on that telepathy solution, but it's a little tricky.
So this is why you feel the need to keep polluting Lines threads with "they suck"?
Many posters make suggestions, all of which are considered, many of which are implemented -- not sure why you find that so difficult.

I think they have a live lines feed here just for the sole purpose of saying they have one to make the squares happy. There are so many glitches, problems and errors that its pretty much useless to any poster serious about screen watching, gambling, betting and making money. I did not realize that you head up that department until now, which explains why you would be so sensitive and reaction oriented to any constructive critisism concerning live lines. Its nothing personal. Good luck with getting that project turned around.

The schedule provider didn't have the NBA schedules for the next few days either. Looks like some sort of problem on their end with playoff data.
My apologies for the inconvience -- I'll just keep an eye on them and add them manually as needed until they get it sorted out.

its 1030 am friday and no lines up at cascade for baseball. i love the reduced juice , but this is just sukks not having baseball lines available
lander , do you think it would be best not to the live lines for cascade, since they do not put out overnight lines for their regular customers . thankyou
