SF is playing a double header today and the tracking software mixed the games up. The +120 listed for game 1 is meant to be for game 2. I am watching the 1:00 games right now.

But matchbook was -119 and ehorsex was -117, so this game goes both ways doesn't it? Unless your looking for the 3 cent difference and that's only 2.

I don't use eHorsex in my analysis. There's simply not enough volume there.

He's saying the same thing here. Matchbook doesn't have the best odds for the Pirates so you take the Pirates at +123 elsewhere. I'm still not seeing the confusion. Compare the numbers between Matchbook and the other books. If another book has a better line, you take that bet at the other book. So in this case since +123 > +116, you bet +123 at the other book.

Again, maybe I'm just missing something but I understand it just fine.
