Just relaying a message I was told, maybe bullshit maybe not! It is Football season soon and people do sign up more now and they want a reliable book that PAYS SAME DAY so maybe its not bullshit! Do you think only people on these post sites are only the ones that gamble?? Your in CR whos going under??

Out of those 3 deposits, 2 of them will be charge backs.

Right now it's just a rumor. It would be irresponsible to post a books name without doing follow up work first. Ken is working on that right now. As soon as he knows, I'm sure it will be posted.

This thread made me very worried and seeing the post on MW, so I tried to withdraw 33dimes from bluegrass. If you go over my older posts they were my favorite book. Anyways tried to withdraw 33dimes and recieved an email from Diego saying that I havent met the rollover requirements for my postup and would have to forfeit my bonus. My last reload was for 10 and my bonus was 1.Rollover was 44k. I did 54k in action since my last reload a few days ago. I called and talked to Diego who told me I still owed another 23k in action. Seems they wanted rollover for the postups and reload bonus that I busted on earlier. That was a total of 30k reload and 3k bonus (10k at a time I was reloading when I was busting). Well I never knew about this retroactive wagering for postups I already lost. Told Diego this and he said it was their policy. I still insisted that I did not know about this since it was never mentioned to me all the times I was reloading 10dimes. So he talked to a manager, I assume Ted or Doug, and let my withdrawal go through. I cashed out 33,500.00 and $210in fees. In total not counting my intial postup I reloaded 40dimes and 4dimes was bonus. I cashed out 33,500 at the end so I am still down there. Postup is not mentioned cause it was just 1dime to test them out and it busted.

I dont know if they are in financial trouble or not, I am just glad I was able to get my money out from the books on these lists. If everything ends up fine I will be the first person to send my money back to bluegrass since I enjoy playing there.

I feel bad for bluegrass also and any other book on the list cause of this rumour. But I am not ready to get burned by another book. If all this just ends up being a rumour it just makes bluegrass a more solid book in my mind. I didn't want to withdraw any money today from bluegrass and pay 2bucks in fees when I still want to play there, but I rather be safe then sorry.

If you totally tapped out on your first $33,000 ($30K Deposit + $3K Bonus) BEFORE you deposited your last $10K, there's NO WAY that the rollover requirements on the first $30K in deposits should carryover to your last deposit.

Bluegrass should post a reply to this and confirm/deny that this is their policy.

What concerns me is that Ted has not responded to any of this. He is usually right on top of things when it comes to posting a response. It would be nice to see Bluegrass make a statement.

Halifax here are the details

8/8 10k reup 1kbonus1kfreeplay(they gave me total of 20% on this reload)

Account got as high as 20.5k. Then lost quite a bit and down to my last 1400 on 8/11

8/12 10k reup 1kbonus. Down to my last 1400 again.

8/16 10kreup 1k bonus. Down to $1.00

8/18 10kreup 1k bonus. Now I start winning and get as high as 38k and finally withdraw the 33k today.

If they would have told me beforehand that I would have to make up rollover req for all the reups that I lost to them then I would have had no problem. But it was never mentioned to me. This did make me uncomfortable when they told me about making up 23k in wagers and all these rumours going around. But they did right and sent me my full withdrawal without making up these past rollover requirements.

I also should mention that until now I have never had a problem with Bluegrass and still dont as they made right today and have always accomodated me. They are still my favorite out but I will wait till monday to see what Shrink has to say before I go back and play.

"LETS PLAY CLUE" What the f---. Why dont we bash all the good books that arent having trouble. Lets all GUESS about who is having trouble so we can cause every other book trouble also. Ted and I were visiting clients today who were playing in a golf tournament a friend of mine is sponsoring. Glad I had to come in to answer this post. Thanks alot for listening to the rumors.

Obviously this isnt our policy. The gentleman had 2 reups right together and Diego first looked at it and thought he had to roll over 20k instead of 10k. Diego quickly caught this and the gentleman received his 33k in a timely manner. I wish he wouldnt have confused a silly simple issue by even posting this.

Moreover, the withdrawal was brought on by some IDIOTS speculating that we might be broke. I apologize for being so blunt but it really pisses me off. We have been more than fair with every customer we have dealt with!!!

I understand your frustration, but you shouldn't get mad at the average posters for this.

When a couple of the senior statesmen of the Rx come in just before the weekend, and state that there might be a couple of Costa Rican advertising books in big trouble, what do you expect the average poster to do, given that they might have money in one or both of these books ??

I agree with you completely. The "senior statemen" that started this should have, in my opinion, waited until they had all the info on the two books that are having problems before blasting!!!!!!!!!
