I know most of you guys have little time to break down past results of March Madness.

Trying to help here

all I ask ... some small feedback that you received my info ...cool ?

Using Kenpom Website for most Stats

16 Seed Ats Covers since 2006

# 1 Seeds are 36-32 / 53% Ats Winners vs # 16 Seeds


Only 2/32 ...# 16 Ats Winners had a Combined Avg Adjusted Off and Def Efficiency of over 109 ... it's a nice tell

but

last year's # 16 Winner Fairleigh Dickenson had a Combined Avg Adjusted Off and Def Efficiency of 112 and they had the WEAKEST Strength of Schedule of any # 16 Ats Winner ....... we ask ..... how to you suppose that happen ? ........... my only guess ........ look at the line that Purdue was in that game ... Purdue - 23.5 ......... to me .......if you really look at that number ..... it's super light considering the Strength of Schedule of Fairleigh Dickinson and their Adjusted Off and Def Efficiency of 112 ??? ........... Vegas knew Fairleigh Dickinson was going to be in that game ....

If they are a # 1 or 2 Seed / No Final 4

Oklahoma (13–1) / Ranked # 9

Memphis (13–2) / Ranked # 13

Wisconsin (11–3) / Ranked # 15

Auburn (12–2) / Ranked # 16

Colorado State (13–2) / Ranked # 17

BYU (12–2) / Ranked # 18

Utah State (14–1) / Ranked # 20

Clemson (11–3) / Ranked # 21

of + 3 or More in Adjusted Efficiency Margin

34-12 SU or 74%

Last Year ( THIS TANKED WENT 0-2 SU )

Here is my breakdown for you guys

Advantage / Then Record SU

Plus + 3 / 7-3 SU

Plus + 4 / 8-2 SU

Plus + 5 / 6-3 SU

Plus + 6 / 5-1 SU

Plus + 7 / 1-1 SU

Plus + 8 / 2-0 SU

Plus + 9 / 1-1 SU

Plus + 10 / 2-0 SU

Plus + 11 / 1-0 SU

Plus + 13 / 1-0 SU

Plus + 18 / 0-1 SU

If you were not watching Auburn / Alabama the other night ....the announcers shared a gem on TV regarding the Ncaa Tournament ............. Last 25 Seasons No Team has won the Title while having 10 Players that play 15 Minutes Per Game ........... Auburn has 11 Players that see 15 Minutes Per Game ......... # 5 Team in the Country ........

Now ...realize ... there has not been many teams in the last 25 seasons which falls into this trend .....imo

Whatever the % is before the start of any part of the 64 team(or however many )tournament that is what you go by. Would be irrelevant what it is after the tournament because then it wouldn't be a predictor of success.

The only reason I kept the 1st round out of the ats was because some of the lines in the first round are very big so I figured since winning is the key I would just keep track of the record 2nd round out.But I am sure someone could check what the first round record is last year. Maybe kaboom has it.
