Ha, I can only do denny's for Breakfast ... last time was about 10 months ago.

but since I don't do much carbs anymore, just can't go and be tempted ( Pancakes are my favorite )

TODAY: WNW swell continues, with reinforcing energy picking up in the afternoon. Look for head high surf for many breaks through the South Bay, while good spots are a couple feet overhead. Standout spots through the central/north part of the bay see sets near double overhead (10' faces).
