Did anyone see the note that Condi Rice passed to the President the other day notifying him that Iraq was handed over?

On it Bush scrawls, "Let freedom reign". I wonder if he was trying to spell "ring".

Either way I thought it was a pretty clever piece of propaganda for the Admin to show that to the press like it was some momentous occasion like the declaration of independence.

Maybe they should cough up a few pages of their energy policy meetings. Or do they just show memos that they deem appropriate for us tax payers to see?
