This is going to be so good. It looks like it's going to be like Playmakers on ESPN and the NBA is going to hate it.

great casting on Buss, Magic and Larry ..

shows you how important timing is in life .,. Magics timing was perfect , all the stars aligned for him
to be able to become the legendary player he was.

never was a good long range shooter , unless the moment was LARGE , then he instantly became a scoring threat from anywhere on the floor

The OJ series was one of the best in television history .. these types of series is what the y should be cranking out

any ideas for some great one of these ?

Tim donaghy series would be phenomenal ..

Randy Savage ..

Bernie Madoff

Evil Kanieval

they just did a Pam and Tommy one ..

so many good ones that's just off the top of my head

I realize 90's nostalgia is having a moment metro (SB halftime show in there), obviously as Gen Xers become more wealthy and prominent in the country, you're going to see more nostalgia from that time period but I think we're kinda pushing up against it right now a little.

There is a Pam/Tommy Lee show on Hulu that has a lot of hype? I mean, was that really that big of a deal? OJ, JonBenet, Tonya/Nancy, MonicaGate all warranted, I get that but some rocker fucking a model actress kinda reaching.

As far as the 80's Lakers, has any team been covered more? Maybe I'll binge it eventually if the reviews are good but gonna wait and see. That era of b-ball been kinda lionized to death.

Just seems like they're stone cold out of new ideas. During the SB they ran the commercial for Peacock's Fresh Prince dramatic remake.

That seems like a desperate idea to me.

Perhaps it is just hard to make new art with mass appeal in a culture where everything is so niche now.

you ever see the Martin Lawrence monologue that they reference in that metro?

I've just read the excerpt, that had to be the best moment in live television history
