France won the WC in 1998 and EuroCup in 2000

IMHO Argentina has been the best team over the last 20 + years

its hard for a South American team to win in Europe. But Africa is more like playing on neutral turf.

Yeah it is. His name is Antonio Puerta.

i've been hearing that as well the last year or so but my belief is that Fifa is monitoring it closely and if it was truly the case they would've taken some sort of action by now
