Are you kidding me?
This Dodgers team right now stinks.
Stinks bad!
Stinks worst than a shipload of rotten fish.

I don't understand something here...
Average bettors couldn't be that stupid to bet the Dodgers all along this losing streak, based on the "they are due to win" bankroll burner, super-square theory.

But ... but the books never ever gave the slightest hint that they would lower the odds on the Dodgers to reasonable values.
So this means that the books lost huge moneys all along this losing streak of the Dodgers.
But... but books never lose money in a "losing streak" style... they are not stupid.

My conclusion can be just one:
Am I an idiot, thinking that the average Joe bettors are not so damn retarded that they were betting the Dodgers all this long losing streak?

Read Post #8 for a refresher course in betting bases. Most MLB bettors are seasoned, although last night, I shit my own drawers taking the BrewCrew large. I'm gonna play Frisco tonight, but probably hedge at +1+, still good money @ +125. Dodgers last win was with Kershaw on the mound, 1-0. What pisses me off is the books have priced Cleveland out of the bettosphere (yeah, new word I just coined). And to answer your question, no, you're not an idiot and no, average Joe Public figured out a week ago that the Dodgers were a bad play.

How do you win 56 out of 67 ..... and then lose 16 out of 17?

The answer is ..... WHO CARES???!!!

Fuck this Dodger team. Taking ML and -1.5 on Alt RL against them every day until they show some fight. Nice +362 on SF -1.5 last night.

I hope streaks like this occur every year.

Oh, and one of the reasons the Lines remain high is the next days odds are set before the current days games start. Still agree LAD way overpriced on a daily basis.

Whoa cowboy, Kershaw on the hill tonight. I'm gonna take the run and a half and hope I rob the bank. -1+, you ever see the movie "A Bridge Too Far?" But I agree with you and you clearly pointed out in an earlier post that you bet with winning streaks and against loosing streaks and the Dodgers are in an epic loosing streak. GL my friend.

TM it isn't "A Bridge Too Far" IMO. If Kershaw is Kershaw tonight and LAD scores 4+ for him I'll likely lose both bets. If not I'll likely win both bets. If on the small chance SF wins by ONE RUN I'll take my profit and rack 'em both up again tomorrow night. There are certain teams at certain times (streaks) where you just stop handicapping and ride the wave.

Man, I can get +125 for adding a run and a half, I'm running like I stole a loaf. I quit being greedy a long time ago. GL tonight!
