"Normal people keep the world going, but those who dare to be different lead us into tomorrow," Irving told The Athletic. "I've made my decision to opt in. See you in the fall. A11even."

What do we think about this?

Apparently he didn't have a choice anyhow

He claimed a few teams were interested but truth came out

Only Lakers were serious and they had nothing to offer

Of course Lakers were interested. Either pay him 6 million for 1 year or trade for him with westbrook.

I am not an Irving fan but either of those choices is a no- brainer for Lakers. Unfortunately for Lakers neither Nets nor Irving went full-retard.

I read that Dallas, Miami and Philadelphia are also interested in Kyrie.

But:

1) Dallas doesn't have much to give in return, and there's not much to do with Doncic Kyrie together.

2) In Philadelphia, one James Harden will hang himself at once.

3) Miami is still acceptable, but they probably won't offer anything of value in return.
