Turning down his $5 million MLB contract to opt for the NFL draft. WOW. I don't think he will be a legit starting QB in the NFL. Someone can bump this thread in 5 years and point out how wrong I was

I guess if football doesnt work out, he could always "go back" to baseball.

He probably would rather play in the NFL now than play at double A ball parks

He'll get that with the signing bonus in the NFL. If his people think he goes in the first NFL is the better decision.

If he's drafted top 15 he'll get double or triple that $5 million and it will be guaranteed. I just don't see it, he'll be a total bust. He's about the same height as a munchkin from the Wizard of Oz, how many NFL Qb's have been successful who were that small? I guess Flutie had a few decent seasons after spending years in the CFL, but I think even he's slightly taller than Murray.

Bust-City

Teams are so desperate for a QB these days, this is what it's come to.

They say he's realistically about 5'8

I dno about bust. But obviously depends where he goes. But he’s short as shit. I think he’ll be fine though. He has a strong arm, pretty accurate, and he’s a playmaker obviously. more so than a lot of QBs in the league.

His mom looked at least half Asian. According to Reggie White, Asians are pretty smart.

Funny you say that because I thought his mom looked like a tranny

but murray is a bust. It won’t work out

The same defenses Baker Mayfield played against? Ok.

And the same defenses rg 3 played against and sam Bradford and Blaine gabbert, and Vince young

Big 12 qbs have not exactly had the most nfl success

in fact Mahomes was the first Big 12 qb to win a nfl playoff game in a long long time

he seems like a nice kid , I hope he makes it & has a long & fruitful nfl career , I wish him the best of luck . the kid can pass & run - that’s why he’s always in at least one of my qb slots in fantasy football

Maybe 1 year later
Last week:
No defender was able to even get close to Murray during his three touchdown runs. Former NFL safety Ryan Clark, appearing on ESPN’s “Get Up” last week, called Murray “a true master of deception.” Referencing Washington safety Troy Apke getting burned on both of Murray’s TD runs last Sunday, Clark said, “He was by himself in the wide-open field and he couldn’t put his hands on him in a phone booth.”
Unlike last year when Murray only ran for four touchdowns, he seems to be sniffing the end zone now as a runner every time the Cardinals cross the opponent’s 20-yard line. If he sees an opening, Murray said he’s going to try to exploit it, adding, “That’s the dynamic we have in this offense because I’m able to move. It’s a blessing to be able to move fast.”
