Looking to rebound this week coming off of a really poor Sunday last week going 2-9-1 to break up a solid 3 weeks of winning. This week there seems to be a lot of sandwich games and teams fighting to keep their season alive so let's get to it.

Kojak Killers:

St. Louis/ Seattle under 44 - I am looking at a game where the defenses will rule. Martz typically the past 2 years plays these big road games very conservatively and I look for him to run the ball to shorten the game with Faulk and Jackson. Seattle will try to get Alexander involved as well here. I look for a lot of stops in the red zone resulting in field goals instead of touchdowns here.

Minnesota -3.5 - Texans will be going for a three game winning streak but it won't happen here. Vikings coming off of their bye week will be well rested and prepared. Vikes have struggled winning these games on the road but I feel they are ready to step up and take control of the NFC North. Texans defense is not strong enough to stop all of the weapons on offense for Minny while Minne defense is better than in past years and expect front four to pressure Carr and eat up a very mediocre offensive line.

Oakland +9.5 - Raiders will be fired up after laying a big egg on the road last week in Houston. Wheatley won't play but I feel Justin Fargas on the turf is a better fit in this game. A little bit of a letdown game for Colts coming off of three big games (two in division on road and home opener). Woodson and secondary should be able to slow down Colts receivers while Collins should play better than what he did last week. Raiders are live in this one.

Average Plays:

St. Louis +7
Dallas -3
Cleveland +6
Oakland/Indianapolis under 52.5
San Francisco -1
Washington PK

Best of luck to all later on today.

fargas is ???able with abum toe - so if you are putting all your faith in fargas - you're in trouble. just wanted to let you know - fargas will be NO factor here - amos zereoue will be running the ball mostly for the raiders.

Winky,

Thanks for the info on Fargas. I still think Famous Amos is a better fit than Wheatley here. I think I may upgrade the under 52.5 Oak/Indy as Oakland may have to be very strong defensively to keep it close. Best of luck.
