Had a strong finish on Saturday with Utep still pending but want to get my Sunday plays up early which includes another game of the year play!

GOY #2....

Wake Forest +4 and ML +160 over Duke....Devils have lost 2 in a row to Maryland and Va Tech and now face arguably the best team in the ACC. I suspect many will play Duke being at home but imo the wrong team is favored. This will be a competitive game but Demons have too much fire power for this Duke squad and will win su by 6-8 points.

Wake +4 (Olympic) $3300 to win $3000
Wake +160 $1000 to win $1600

Top Plays: All are $550 to win $500

Louisville -22 over St. Louis....St. Louis has been playing better but they simply do not have the athletes to compete on the road in Freedom Hall. I look for Cardinals to get healthy here as Billikens top player Bryant has been hurt and if he does play will not be at full speed. Coach Soderman had been benching him anyway before injury due to ineffective play along with the other senior. Very young team will play tomorrow for ST. Louis and will get beat up by upset Cardinal team.

Pittsburgh +4 over Villanova.... Pitt is the more consistent and physical team and have proven to be road warriors winning at Syracuse and UConn. Nova has not fared well vs top echelon teams in the Big East and once again road team won't need the points.

Georgia Tech -3.5 over Florida State...G.Tech can't let down with Duke coming in on Tuesday and on a 3 game losing streak (after Wake loss imo). Jackets will grind out a hard fought 8-10 point victory in this one.

Average Plays: All are $220 to win $200

Michigan Pk over Indiana....Michigan though outmanned have played better at home and will be looking to salvage their season in this one.

Marquette -1.5 over Depaul....Older Diener beats younger Diener in this one building on big victory over Louisville

Stanford -3 over UCLA... Bruins are improved but don't think they can win on the road twice in a week especially in their house of horrors.

Oregon St. +15 over Arizona....Wildcats will win here but Beavers will hang around and play them tough as nails as they continue to improve.

Hopefully Sunday will be as good as Saturday.

Koj, Maples Pavilion has been anything BUT a house of horrors for UCLA as they have pulled many upsets at Stanford against far better teams than this yr's edition. This has been a visitor dominated series with Stanford winning at UCLA and vice versa seemingly every time out. Wondering how Stanford can match pts with UCLA without Grunfeld. Doing it against USC is one thing, but an NCAA tourney berth is on the line here. Tough game. Would lean towards the dog. Probably sit it out.

Kidslick,

I use 5 books regularly. Those are Olympic, Rio family (Rio,IIS, and Skybook), Pinnacle, Cris, and Carib. Yes I can place a bet that large but I don't know if everyone can as I have been with them for quite awhile but I would see why not. Best of luck.

whormoan,

I agree that UCLa has had some recent victories at Stanford but I still can recall the the 61 point loss a few years back. Cardinals and Bruins are both on the bubble but I feel that Cards homecourt will play huge in this one. Best of luck.

Marquette ended up losing in the final seconds to louisville. Any chance they take on the image of providence and just continue to lose all these close ones at the end?

Atlantic 10,

You are right about Marquette as I must have had a brain cramp as I was thinking about the spread that I won on Thurs. But to answer your question, No.
This is another opportunity for them to impress committee and younger Diener has gotten better of older one and will turn in this one. Best of luck.

i don't think you are giving DePaul enough credit. they are a pretty solid team against this level of competition and handled Marquette rather easily the first time around. if i am not mistaken their only conferences losses were at Cinn. by 29 where they always get smoked and at charlotte i think in OT. they are the defending conference champs by virtue of tiebreakers (5 way tie) and marquette is heading in opposite direction. in their last game, Louisville scored the last 13 or 14 points in Milw.

UCLA has been a good road team this year and i think Stanford, who was hot for a while, has leveled off. they just got by USC spreadwise on Thurs although i will take it as i had them.

as for the ind/mich game, i am not gettin' close to that one. Michigan is basically a one man team offensively at the moment and Indiana is playing poorly as you stated.

while i wish Duke would lose every time out, i am always leary of going against them at home after a loss. it seems as though the first ten minutes are always a 5 on 8 game if you know what i mean. i agree that WF is the better club.

i like Pitt a bunch too and will definitely be on them. GLTU

So far it is looking like a good play on Villanova for 2nd half, getting off of Pitt!

kojak - what is your opinion about playing 3 dimes on a GOY, but your single unit being $200? so basically, wouldn't that be 15 units on a single play? that seems like it would be a major percentage of your bankroll, no?

Identity,

Nice to hear from you again but why does it matter what I am doing. I don't discuss my finances with others and it is something that is of no concern of yours. Otherwise I hope your plays have been going well. G/L.

In theory the 3 dime bets could be for as little as 3units
or even 1 unit, making his $200, $500 and $1000 bets
for substantially less units. He doesn't say how many
units are attached to each dollar amount.

And for all we know he could be working with imaginary
or monopoly money & not be placing any real money on
these games. And working for a bookie.

X-Files,

I have been posting for a long time on here and have always been upfront on what I do. If you don't like my thread stay out of it. It seems when people start winning on here that trolls like yourself seem to pop their head up. I don't need to defend myself as there are many people on here that would vouch for my honesty. I am not a bookie, work for a bookie, but simply someone who is here to share their opinion. Again, if you don't like my thread stay out of it!
