This may be my favorite week this season based upon what I see from the opening lines. Breaking down games this week into the those 3 categories in title!
Paybacks
Oregon -3 vs Utah- Oregon got caught looking ahead vs a Washington program they had owned the past decade to this game. You will see a very inspired Oregon here looking for payback vs Utah who beat them twice ly including PAC 12 title game. I also look for this game to be played up tempo so over looks good in this game as Utah will not simply lay down here either but in the end look for Ducks and over to both hit!
Texas -9 vs Kansas- will the real Texas please stand up! KU beat Texas ly and believe me Sarkisian knows a loss here puts his job and credibility in jeapardy. Texas been better on road than at home. Horns pummel Jayhawks in Lawrence
Upsets
UCLA +2.5 vs USC- Wow did Bruins choke lw vs Arizona. Couldn’t handle business with this game for Battle of LA looming. After this game they will wonder what could have been. Chip and his rushing offense control clock to win outright!
Vanderbilt +14.5 vs Florida- Vandy has been doormat for years in SEC but watched them all year and believe they are making strides. It will show here with easy cover and possible outright win!
Baylor +3 vs TCU- Bears showed no life lw but no worries as they are ready this week. Great season for TCU but get first loss in Waco!
Arizona +4.5 Vs Wazzu St- Arizona has had some real nice efforts and win including UCLA lw. They pull a second upset in a row here.
Arkansas +3 Vs Ole Miss- only play if KJ Jefferson plays. Arkansas played maybe toughest schedule in the country. Arkansas finishes upset this week
Oklahoma St +7.5 Vs Oklahoma- Cowboys won’t waste maybe last chance to play for awhile. Real OSU team gives best effort here and is very live!
Stanford +4.5- California is improved and Stanford is very inconsistent but anything can happen in rivalry game. Could be Shaw last game coaching at Stanford so sign me up for the Cardinals to send him out properly with a win!
Lookaheads
UAB +15.5 at LSU- Tigers likely no interest or focus on this game and better be awake by sh or look out!
Hawaii +11 Vs UNLV- Rebels going to clinch bowl with arch rival Nevada looming next week. Expect Rebels to be flat here on the road
Minnesota-3 - Simply put Minny better than Iowa and get Floyd back to campus
Texas Tech- Tech. Getting better as season goes on and wins again staying hot
Old Dominion +15.5 vs App St- ODU Mornarcha are live dog here and getting way too many points!
BOL and wait out getting best numbers as week goes on!
