Just for the record -- all of Kodiak's ghosts were created over a year ago when he was banned by the Rx. He openly created them and never tried to hide the fact that he was that ghost. Most if not all are either banned or never used. I don't know of any ghost posting by Kodiak since I have been head moderator here at The Rx.
As far as the Rx. allowing ghosts goes - we cannot identify all ghost posters because of proxy emails and other factors. We do look at new posters when they appear to have an agenda or become negative posters and then do our best to identify whether or not the newbie is a ghost and act accordingly.
