Answer the question please, what the fuk was the girl doing in his room? Were they having an intellectual conversation?
What I have heard about this case is that she started fooling around with him and at some point in the middle of sex she changed her mind. I don't think that she effectively revoked her consent.
As I already said, I don't like Kobe, I think he is a ball hog and is arrogant. That is not the issue though. I don't defend athletes that commit capital felonies unless the case is bs. This case is bs.
