1-3 tonight. Home Dog wins tonight lol! Seems like alot of games in the 140-143 range have been going under lately.

Season Record 79-71-2

Two plays for tomorrow so far:

Monmouth -8 vs
Canisius: there were a few factors that went into taking he home favorite tomorrow night, one was the four game road trip for monmouth - playing away from home is tough and they are finally back and ready to play ball. Lets look at their last four games (all away): loss against army (7), win against cornell (9), win against rutgers (6), and their most impressive victory at georgetown (15). Weve all seen their bench celebrations and more people seem to know this team for that rather than their solid play at home (3-0). They have beaten two solid teams at home (ND & USC) and shouldnt have any problems knocking off canisius by more than eight. Canisius is on a 4 game win streak and looking to prove themselves on the road in this game. What i took into consideration is the losses against teams rather than their wins, during a weeks stretch they showed their weaknesses and lost three straight (@kent state by 7, @ penn state by 14, and at home vs quinnipiac). Although they seem to be playing better their last four wins have come against cupcake teams: boston university, louisana monroe, nicholls st, and marist. Monmouth is solid at home, and should continue their success tomorrow.

Wisc GB -6.5 vs
Wright St: another home favorite choice tomorrow night that came down to who has played and competed against good competition. WGB has played a pretty good schedule so far, facing teams such as: Standford, GT, Toledo, Wisconsin, and Morehead St. This team can really score the basketball when they need too and has the ability to go on big runs to put teams away. Their most impressive game was on the road against wisconsin where they gave the badgers everything they could ask for, but fell short by 5. Wright state has played well at times, but the bad outweighs the good in my opinion. This team comes into town losing games to opponents such as: CSU Northridge, Northern Ill, and Georgia St. I will say they have played xavier and UK, but lost both by 15 or more points. Wright St is 1-5 so far away from home this season, and their last game was their only victory against Wisc. Milwaukee by 2 points. I like WGB to outshoot their opponent and win this game by 11-12 points at home to improve to 9-6 on the season.

Best of Luck

adding one more side for tomorrow:

Virginia -13 @
VT: the 12-1 cavaliers go on the road to face their in state opponent Virginia Tech tomorrow night. UVA has been playing extremely well no matter where the games are, and continue to prove their worth against quality competition, lets look at their last four games: Win vs ND (11), Win vs Oakland (13), Win Vs Cal (1), and Win vs Nova (11). It might be concerning to some folks that their margin of victory isnt all that great, if we go back two more games we see that they have been able to beat good teams by more than thirteen (WVU by 16, and William & Mary by 15). This team simply finds a way to win no matter who they play and should come out on top tomorrow night on the road. The last six games for UVA have been at home, and i honestly think they are ready to get out of town and continue their success against a decent hokie ball club. VT has played some really good teams, but they have played more bad teams than anything. Their recent win at home vs NC State does show that they have the ability to win against good teams, but their 25 point loss vs WVU, and 17 point loss vs st josephs exposes their weaknesses that UVA can capitalize on. Preparation is important for games like this, as VT will be looking to prove themselves for the home crowd. UVA is overall the better team, have played a better schedule, are well coached and poised for an environment they will see tomorrow. UVA may struggle early, but come back in th 2H to win by 17-18 and cover the spread.

ville..........BOL with tonight's action...........indy

Thanks for the kind words fellas!

Tonight 3-3

Season Record: 82-74-2

Plays for tomorrow:

Providence -9.5 vs. Marquette: taking the home favorite tomorrow night, especially less than ten points against an good marquette ball club. All of the factors that i like in a game seemed to happen on this play: momentum, motivation, talent, location, and a reasonable spread. Lets look at prov's last four games: Win vs ST Johns (18), an impressive win @ butler (8), a blowout win @ mass (24), and a Win vs. Rider (8). Heres how i look at it: if providence can play on the road against a really good butler team and win by eight, they can beat marq by 10 or more at home. Marq has honestly struggled in their last four games, losing two and playing down to the level of their competition in the victories: Loss @ Gtown (10), bad loss at home vs Seton Hall (20), Win vs Presbyterian (18), and another underachieving victory at home against chicago st (17). I think those two victories say more than their losses, they should be killing those teams by 25 points at home. It seems like they lack the will to win, and providence surely does not. I like prov by 14 tomorrow night.

Auburn +6 vs South Carolina: This play was based soley off of the game line. It seems low to me, and i think the tigers have a shot at giving the gamecocks their first loss tomorrow night in front of the home crowd.

NC Greensboro +1.5 vs. Furman: NCGB has played five straight road games and finally come home to face a mediocre furman team that has struggled in their last 4 games, with three being loses (NC Ashville, navy & dayton) The most indicative loss was the NC ash game where they couldnt find a way to win coming down the stretch. Playing on the road in CBB is never easy, but furman seems to really struggle. This is a perfect spot for NCGB to knock off a .500 team at home, where they havent played since december 15th. Im sure they are motivated and happy to be playing on their home court once again. I like NC Greensboro by 7-8 tomorrow night.

Oklahoma St +9 @ Baylor: this one was a SOS play. Three out of four games that baylor has faced good competition they have lost, two (kansas & texas a&m) by 19 or more points. Bay has beaten and played some really crappy teams, (Texas southern, Hardin-Simmons, Prairie View A&M, Ark St, Savannah St, Jackson St, and Stephen F Austin. Their only good win was at home vs vandy in a game that came down to the wire. Oklahoma St on the other has been a little more impressive IMO. A two point loss @ florida, 2 point win @ minny, 10 point loss vs tulsa, 3 point loss vs george mason early, and back to back wins vs long beach st who has shown it can play with some of the better teams nationally. Their losses have been by very few points, and they are poised to roll into baylor and win SU. Ill take the points in this one, i really like the attitude and grit of this ball club. Ok st by 3 @ baylor tomorrow.

That does it so far for the sides. Have a few ideas for totals tomorrow, and will post once they are released. BOL

IUPUI +6.5: like the home dog at the current line.

JMU/Elon U 155.5

Northeastern -11.5

Tx Arlington/Appalachian St U 152: UTA seems to score a lot less when they are on the road, the line seems a little low for me and I think app St will compete, but the score will be lower than normal.
