Like you, I'm ok with the burgers but the fries suck like no other.

Just opened one of those as well..have been there, was pretty good but the thick cut fries suck.

One just opened by my house. Tried it yesterday and thought the big chili dog was good for a fast food joint. Kids did mention that the burgers were not hot.

I'm a bit of a burger connoisseur and I do agree, Sonic burgers are horrible, for the most part.

The best? In-n-Out, Carl's Jr., 5 guys.

Not worth the price and a tip? Red Robin

Okayish but sometimes tastes like the gas they use to "flame broil" it? Burger King

Do you like a salt block in a bun? McDonalds

Most local Mom & Pop burger joints make better burgers than the chains. Out here in Portland a favorite offering is a fried egg on the burger -- suprisingly tasty.
