Still a ghost town. Very few people in Times Square area and almost no traffic. This is on a warm and sunny day. Offices and retail along with outside dining started today. You would expect the sidewalks to be busy with people leaving work and doing shopping or eating. It's really amazing. How can there be no foot or auto traffic with the reopening. Macys was open today from 11-7. You can check it out on Earthcam.com.

Companies still having people work from home, so no work traffic...

Everyone shopping online

I do not see the economy being good in these Northeast blue states for a long while. Lots of businesses here in MA are never re-opening, closed for good
Hope Charlie is happy for how he killed the economy and ruined people's lives.

So many people here are talking or have already started in motion plans to leave the state
Going to be an exodus here, jobs market is dead, businesses are dead. Just going to be plain ugly here

All I can say is if today portends for the future of NYC it is in serious trouble. I thought there would be huge bounce back today in foot and automobile traffic similar to what the casinos in Las Vegas experienced. You're talking about one of the busiest intersections in the world. I have looked at the cams many times since March and the fact that you can walk into a clothing or other retail store and shop today meant nothing. Stores are still boarded up around Times Square. There are other cams like Columbus Circle and Mulberry Street in Little Italy normal packed at this hour with tourists and just a few people around.

NY has fucked themselves on tourism. The mayor and governor saw to that.

End of story

Wilhelm has no clue on what he is doing. When you elect a Communist this is what you get

Wilhelm has no idea on how an economy works, he figured just open and all is good

Wilhelm is in deep shit. He killed the elderly and now he killed the economy on NYC

The party's over for NY.....3 month lockdown, no bail reform, riots & looting, crime is sky high, 90 year old people are being punched in the face for fun.....who would even want to walk around in NY for any reason?

You have to be nuts to live anywhere in NYC ......time to move.
