Dante they did that with our company 3 years ago. In the year 2007 Newsday made 98 million dollars in profit. 78 million newsday /20 million A.M. new York.

yeah its pretty sad when the exe's still make money but the real workers get the shaft

I think its 59 and a half on that no 10% penalty 401k withdrawl. He might be better off getting a disability retirement, think they have better rules.

Yes, it is age 59.5 where the 10% penalty no longer applies for w/d'ing your 401(k). However, there is an exception where if you are w/d'ing your money as a result of terminating employment the age is lowered to 55.
