I always thought about this whenever I read that so and so service is threatening a law suit over copywrited material so here it goes. We now take you to superior court the honorable Judge Judy presiding.
(J.J.) Plaintiff proceed please. "Well we are suing over wrongful posting of our material on a bulletin board."
(J.J.) What material would that be? "Our opinions on who is going to cover the lines on sporting events."
(J.J.) In what way are you damaged by this? "Well we sell this information for money."
(J.J.) You sell this information for what use? "Um well um its for news information only."
(J.J.) Well if its news information I again ask how are you damaged? "Well some people gamble....
(J.J.) Wait a minute. Sports gambling is illegal in all states except Nevada. So you are selling information for illegal purposes? (Plaintiff) "Well um well..
