Donovan McNabb is not going to giftwrap 4 INT's to the defense. Culpepper is not going to have time to order a Pizza in the pocket. Just because the Vikings beat the Packers in Lambeau (their biggest division rival which they know VERY well I might add) does not all of a sudden make them a contender. Does everyone all of a sudden just forget about the previous 16 weeks (especially the last 4 or 5) based on one win? For those of you that say they play when they want to play, just remember it works both ways if Philly gets up 17-0 quickly. I could definitely see this game being a lot closer to the 41-0 game the Vikes lost in the 2001 playoffs to the Giants, than week 2 of this year against Philly.
One more thing, there is a reason that Culpepper doesn't get as much credit as he should for his GREAT season he had this year: His team went 8-8. Every other QB in history that threw for 39 TD's or more in NFL history made the Super Bowl or won it. (pending on the Colts this year). He is a good QB no doubt but he will never be great, because he will never elevate his team to greatness by himself when the chips are down.
