This is as exact as it seems. Guy was able to kill a close friend in cold blood and order people around like he is a kingpin.. this is not his first rodeo.

Why would the Patriots (a team known for managin salary) give Hernandez all that money if they didn't think he was as good as Gronk if not better?

I won't be shocked if he skates on this, or perhaps there will be a hung jury.. Imo he's gulity - his two sidekicks are not going to kill Odin on their own. As the prosecution has pointed out, Hernandez was the leader and main in control. Still, it is all circumstantial evidence, the motive is murky at best, no murder weapon, the judge clearly dislikes the prosecutor and I can see some jury members needing more proof to convict.

The supposed motive behind the killing is that Lloyd was starting to talk about Hernandez offing the 2 guys he is going to go on trial for after this one. Judge would not allow this to be introduced into his current trial.

Was a Channel 7 photographer trailing the bus. He told the judge he wanted to see where it was parked so that he could talk to jury members if a verdict was reached. He is now barred from the court house.

I don't think he was there. I also could be wrong on this as a motive - just some of the speculation that has been talked about on the local radio for months. Day 4 of deliberations tomorrow.

I've always felt the longer the deliberation, the better it is for the defense.

My jury would have shot him and his posse in the head 2 years ago. Such a waste of $$. We don't execute him, we pay Walmart greeters and facebook and twitter are worth a trillion dollars yet in 10 years neither will matter. The world has gone mad.
