About 5 years ago I blew out a shoulder and my BP has never been the same.... as time has passed I have backed away from benching heavy, what I am noticing though now is, I can't sustain the same condition without it, and I've tried to regain that strength but can't seem to get back to where I was...I am 39 now.
I need to get back somehow, there's no time left to sit on poast performance, and with fitness you are always only as good as recent work.
I am lacking something, refuse to take anything remotely close to risky, as I never did take anything besides a one month supply of creatine and made it to 400lbs at my peak 5 years ago.
