There's honestly no point of me trying to explain anything if you can't even admit that, that comment is a racist comment. You are still trying to justify it, lol. The person who said it was not a 10 year old white girl who was raped by 10 black dudes.

While I agree with you, those numbers seem insanely and unbelievably high ( I can't imagine them being even close to true) , he isn't saying 90% of black people commit crimes. He is saying 90% of crimes are committed by black people in his area. I'd have to guess there is no way that is true, unless the population is 90% black.
