If a horse is scratched and it is a win bet or part of an exacta or triple you will get a refund. As for Pick3s, Pick4s, and Pick6s each track has their own rules. Some tracks give refund, other tracks give you the post time favorite, while others give you the whole field.
If your horse scratches in the second half of the Daily Double after the 1st half has been run, you will get paid a consolation prize. If any of your horses are scratched before any part of the double is run you get a refund.
