Just when you didn't think things could get worse for John McCain -- they go in the toilet.

Literally.

So, you remember Joe the Plumber, who John McCain kept relentlessly bringing up. And up. The apparently undecided plumber who had complained to Barack Obama that he couldn't buy his own plumbing company because he'd have to pay 3% more in taxes. The plumber who John McCain lauded as an Everyman while oddly proclaiming "Congratulations! You're rich!" in the midst of a disastrous recession. The fellow who said that Barack Obama "tap dances better than Sammy Davis Jr."

That guy.

Well, it turns out he's the one gliding around the dance floor so much, you should expect to see him soon on "Dancing with the Stars."

You see, Joe Wurzelbacher is apparently related to Robert Wurzelbacher. Who is the son-in-law of (are you ready...?) Charles Keating!

Yes, that Charles Keating. The Charles Keating of the Keating 5 Scandal. For which John McCain was reprimanded by the United States Senate, for his involvement in attempting to illegally influence government regulators. The Charles Keating who John McCain has been trying to avoid have mentioned. So, he basically mentioned it 24 times.

Who cares...it worked!

Obama outed himself as a Socialist to the electorate.

"Spreading the wealth" is Obama's Dukakkis moment.

"Joe the Plumber" might just take him down...:missingte

GALLUP's 'traditional' likely voter model shows Obama with a two-point advantage over McCain on Thursday, 49% to 47%, this is within poll's margin of error... Developing...

More importantly, is it really possible to withstand a nuclear blast by hiding in a refrigerator like in the new Indiana Jones?!

I am calling BS.

At least this whole nonsense has helped me decide-one thing. If Mcain is elected--I'm leaving this part of Va. for some isolated place in Nv. (At least I won't have to see the smug old folks here smile). If Obama is elected, I won't move in 09--maybe 2010!

"Joe The Plumber" stopped the leak in McCain ship. This will loom large in this here election in my opinion!

That doesn't matter at all...

Obama said he wants to "spread the wealth"...

Fatal error for a Socialist to "out" himself like that.

Most people didn't know...they do now! :nohead:

well the funny part about it is it isn't about "spreading the wealth"

its about funding big bloated inefficient commufascist government that is currently racking up a humongous deficit to bailout all this stuff.....

its just a matter of who funds it more than others.....no "wealth is being spread"

wealth is being taken from us all as a whole

i mean somebody without a job might be getting a very small slice of it but in the grand scheme of things.....a big bulk is going to fund government (and currently to service bad debt of banks and other crooks) not serve the people

Standard Democratic Party protocol. You see a threat? You destroy it.

Nobody is too big or too small for them to be destroyed by the DNC/Mainstream Media.

:lolBIG::lolBIG::lolBIG:

if the news media were doing its job, the entire country would know Obama is a radical socialist whose agenda caused the sub-prime mortgage mess and he would be down 25-30 points in the polls.

Keep telling yourself this.. you'll need the positive reinforcement because the polls the rest of the way are going to be depressing for you. The momentum has taken its final turn.

I'll be here Nov 4th laughing at you fools.

Getting that sinking feeling rightys?

We have been spreading the wealth on Wall Street and looking to spread the wealth by buying up mortgages so those fine American's up to their ass hole in debt can keep their homes.

Glad your feeling good. Especially since McCain can't even keep track of his own states he's losing.

But sure...I hope you'll be around here Nov 4th to point at the scoreboard for me. Matter of fact I'll go by YOUR scoreboard if you like. Take your pick!

Obama only needs one of ten toss ups. Just crazy.

Love seeing the pubs get whiney and pissy and trying to defend absolutely nothing.

Good show.

You know what Rob? I was just thinkin McCain deep down must be sick to his soul. Asking himself, "How the fuck is this amateur, from fucking no where, leading??!!! This guy has a muslim name! He's a liberal! He's damn near communist! Where is he getting all this momentum? WHY IN GOD'S NAME CAN'T I CONNECT WITH THESE PEOPLE??!!!"

Barack is no dummy. Last night, you see how many times he twisted a topic into the economy or support for the middle class?! Even when he was losing, Obama was actually WINNING.

Middle class, economy, middle class and the economy. Those are the pressing issues and Obama hammered them at every chance.

You must of watched something completely different. Obama was shelled all over the place. There's a momentum shift out there. Local radio call-in programs have been overwhelmingly people jazzed up for McCain including a few who were going to support Obama and are now switching.

The momentum shift has begun and it is massive..

If you want good advice, load up on McCain +600 like I did..

3peet.. Aren't you the least bit alarmed that the media has done more background research into Joe the Plumber over the past 24 hours than they've done the past 24 months on Barack Obama?

They are more worried about whether Joe the Plumber is qualified to be a plumber than they are worried about whether Barack Obama is qualified to be President? Do you realize how sick and twisted your people's minds operate?
