I didn't end yesterday as I would have liked. But sometimes you're just flat out wrong about games.

Indians -155: 1.55 units to win 1.

good luck this season jibba. I noticed a anti-giants trend with you. Hopefully you will make adjustments to this trend of thought throughout the season....because if it wasnt for a fluke Gallardo jack, you would be 0-3 on Giants games. (sorry Im a fan...had to say something haha)

BOL this year. I will be following.

Well it's only three games. But I do believe the Brewers have a better team than the Giants. Do you have high hopes for them this year? I guess I just don't see it as I don't know how they'll score runs.

Anyway, not looking like a good day. I'll probably go easy on tonight's games and try to get my head on straight.

Red Sox -102: 1.02 units to win 1.

BOL.

High hopes....no. Better than last year....yes. Im just a huge Pablo Sandoval fan. They will score more than last year, but that is not saying much. Good luck to you.

Yeah, Sandoval is seen as a hot commodity this year. And so far, so good. I just worry that expectations are too inflated with this kid. We shall see. BOL to you as well.

Anyway, obviously just a terrible day yesterday. I thought about easing up a bit until I turn things around, but I do still have confidence in my early season reads on teams so I'll keep plugging along. I keep going the way I went yesterday, at least people can make money fading me.

Rangers +160: 1 unit to win 1.6. I like the Tigers to bounce back nicely this year, but I just think this line is too inflated. Verlander needs to show that he's the same pitcher he was back in 2007 before I'd even think about paying this price on him against a good offense. Harrison was hit or miss last year, and admittedly a bit more miss than hit, but showed a lot of promise at times and is worth taking at this price.

Bluejays -130: 1.3 units to win 1. Cliff Lee is overvalued. Simple as that IMHO.

Updated record to come momentarily.

I'm playing Marlins 1st 5 innings.
They're bullpen is a little dicey, especially since Nunez threw more than 1 inning yesterday, and Lindstrom probably won't be used back to back just yet.

Good luck

Just want to post my updated record. Look at some games for later but I'll probably wait and see how the Pirates game goes before locking in.

It's nice to have one that was never really in doubt. I certainly needed the confidence boost as well. Just locked in a couple for tonight.

Royals -124: 1.24 units to win 1. I doubted Greinke in his last start and got burned. While I'm not yet completely convinced that this will be the year he puts it all together, I do still think Carmona is overvalued. In fact, at -124 I think this line is almost suspiciously low. Nevertheless, I'll roll with the Royals tonight against an Indians team that just can't put it together.

Orioles +115: 1 unit to win 1.15. I've been pretty high on the Rangers so far this year, but I think this is a tough spot for them. They're coming off a 3-game whooping in Detroit and return home to face off against an Orioles team that has played well so far. Add to that fact that Padilla has been smoked by the Orioles in the past and I think I see some value in the doggie tonight.

Looking at a couple other plays, including San Diego and Boston. May be back to add but it depends on additional research and line movement. BOL.

So I basically got to hit the reset button the season with a nice day on Monday. Didn't have time to post my plays from yesterday but I feel like I'm seeing games pretty well and hope to keep things going.

Currently I'm leaning toward the Rockies, Red Sox, Yankees, Padres and Marlins. Watch some of those lines and also still researching some of the other games. I think the Rockies will be a definite play but will wait to see if the line continues to rise before game time.
