Man gets frisky with himself in Dollar Tree parking lot
A passerby got more than great savings at the Dollar Tree on Decoto Road. The witness reported seeing a man masturbating while sitting in front in his white Pontiac Trans Am parked in front of the store. The incident occurred at about 5:22 p.m. Officers responded to the scene, detained and identified the suspect. However, the witness declined prosecution so the suspect was not arrested. The incident was documented and sent to investigators for follow-up.
