Hello everyone, I just thought I would start a thread to track my tennis picks. I have been doing okay and seem to have a decent grasp on the research and capping end of it, but it is still a work in progress. I have won more than I have lost in the last 2 months of doing this so I thought I would track my picks publicly to see how it goes. I will start with any picks I make from today forward and you can tail or fade as you see fit, or just follow along.

Here is a recent copy and paste of my most recent picks, turned out to be a really good day. These won't count towards the ongoing W/L total, just thought I would put them here to show that I do have a decent grasp of what I am doing.

Mostly favorites as you can see, and the game total is still hard to figure sometimes, but a winning day over all and I will take it. When the odds are too high on the favorites I just parlay them to make it worthwhile.

Ok, it was much easier when I wasn't worried about someone else maybe betting on what I put up. I am going to paste my pending wagers, it's just easier and it proves that I actually bet what I am putting on here, not that bets this small should be doubted, just wanted to be transparent. I plan on making larger bets as my bankroll grows. :smoking:

Well, the worst I can do is 4-2 if the Coric/Del Potro match goes over 22 games. The match hasn't started yet, but I am leaving for a short vacation to Berlin, Ohio in about an hour so I probably won't be posting anymore picks till I return. I may try, but the wife will probably get mad if I spend my free time capping tennis matches. I am not winning that kind of money.....happy wife, happy life and all that. Congrats to anyone that followed, winning day no matter how the next match turns out, hoping for a winner though, 5-1 is way better than 4-2.

Alrighty, got away for a few to give you tonights picks. The odds weren't too good for the favs I really like so I went with a 3 man parlay. I like all three to win buy don't like +200 odds so here they are.

Well good night overall, the Djokovic/Anderson bet I made was at 22 not 22.5 like I thought. I pushed on it, can't remember if I read it wrong or it was actually at 22.5 when I first read it and just didn't notice that it had changed when I made the bet. Anywhoo, the computer at the hotel we are at doesn't like me being on the BetOnline site, so I can't actually copy and paste my actual bets but here is how it all washed out. I missed a couple bet sizes when I first posted the picks. Here they are now:

We'll, the run came to an end, 0-2 today. The Federer match isn't over yet, but it seems to me that it is. He doesn't have an answer for Coric and couldn't even take a set. We'll file that away for any future h2h between the two. Dojokovic is back to looking like his best player in tennis self, so he held up his end of the parlay. We'll get it back next time. Love Djokovic to win but odds are around -600 so ain't betting ML, and I think Coric might keep it competitive, but they have no previous h2h to go from. Joko wants to be number 1 again and he is playing like it lately.

Pliskova has won last 2 match ups between these two and I see this one going the same way, but I don't think Garcia will make it easy.

2-2, not the kind of night I was hoping for. Lost a few bucks out of the whole deal, but it was definitely better than going 0-2 the night before. Djokovic looking like the best player in the world once again while handling Coric with ease. Pliskova didn't have what it took to beat Garcia this time, but she did take her to the over so that was a small blessing. I tend to stay away from WTA, but with only one ATP match going I thought I would put one out there. I will mostly stick to ATP in the future unless I see something I like on the ladies side. Another favorite goes down with Klizan losing in straight sets to Seppi, but Kyrgios saves the day with a 2-1 win over Rublev. Since I bet Klizan twice it will count as two losses. Need to right the ship here and get back to winning. I'll also show the dumb bet I made just because I was mad, it was a win but it was I close one and shouldn't have been made with the horrible odds that were up. Won't do that again because it was a close one at the end and could have went either way and just bad betting overall, it won't count on my record since it wasn't a recorded pick.
