Let's see if Don Cherry will praise Jason Spezza as a good Candian kid anytime soon. He is afraid to touch the puck. That whole line is playing scared. They do not want to get hit and they are playing like it.
On to Chris Neil. As a Habs fan I watch this guy run around and hit and act like mr. big shot tough guy against montreal and other teams with no physical players.
Well, where are you this series? Your team needs a big hit, they need someone to play physical. Are you hiding under a rock?
Volchenkov is the only one not afraid to hit somone on the Ducks. Mike Fischers attempted to hit but his hitting is more suitable for the UFC rather than the NHL.
It was a good run Senators and you did well. But your big time players once again dissapeared.
They didnt choke this year they just ran into a vastly superior team IMO. The series is not over and I do not usually write teams off so early. But if you watched the first 2 games it does not look good for the Sens.
Do you really think they can win 4 of the next 5 including two in Anaheim where to be honest they have not even touched the puck. I was rooting for the Ducks from day 1 but surely expected a tougher game from the Senators side.
I can only hope the Sens win game 3 so we might potentially have a good series to watch.
Good job Ottawa, not many gave you a chance and you got to the finals. Congrats on that. Once again your quest for the cup comes to an end.
