Since neither of us was there let's pretend that Jameis told Jimbo exactly the same story as he told Harbaugh. Now if you're Jimbo Fisher what do you tell the media when questioned?

He didn't tell them the same story. Why pretend like he did?

Jimbo has told the story to multiple media outlets just as he said it was told to him by Winston.

Dude, I know you're an FSU guy but come on now, it's ok to accept Winston's kind of a moron don't you think?

Why pretend to know what he told Fisher? If he comes out and says he accepted the crab legs as a handout it becomes a bigger story. What grown man would believe that he forgot to pay for them?

Are you drunk Seldomseen? I'm being totally serious.

Fisher did several media interviews following the Crab Legs situation. Fisher told the press what Winston told him and how it happened. There is no pretending what he told him. It is what it is. It's what he told him.

Fisher - “If he says it is [the truth,] I guess it is. I didn’t have knowledge of it until I came in this morning (meaning Winston's friend hooked him up with free stuff),” Fisher said during a teleconference held for ACC coaches Wednesday morning. “FSU, we did make contact with Publix back then to make sure there was nothing going on back, talking to our compliance this morning, they had communication about that before and they had communications today."

The details disclosed by Winston in that interview were not previously known to the university,” FSU Athletic Director Stanley Wilcox said. “As is the case with all matters of this type, we will work in partnership with the NCAA to determine whether a violation occurred.”

Alright I give up. If you cannot understand what I am saying there is no point of continuing.

What you're saying makes no sense. That's what you're saying.

Back when Winston was involved in this incident, he told Fisher and the University something different than what he said last night to Harbaugh. Why is this hard to understand?

It's all over the news. Turn off your FSU love faucet and accept Winston lied to his coaching staff and university.

I'm still for the life of me trying to figure out what you're trying to say? That you and I weren't in the room with Winston and Fisher so Winston must be telling the truth?

It really doesn't matter what Winston told Fisher. The only thing that counts is what Fisher told the media at the time. But now Winston is telling a different story. If for somehow they find out the story that Winston is spinning turns out to be true, then Fisher might as well go join Tressel as his DC at Akron. It's probably impossible to prove and Fisher's job is safe. But common sense tells me that Fisher knows that it's much easier to admit petty theft than improper benefits. So this story was only going to be spun one way..

Nobody is trying to pretend they know what he told Fisher , they are going by what Fisher has told the media. (which was that he walked out inadvertanly) ... but now Winston says it was a free hook-up.

So there is only 1 of 3 conclusions that can be reached. (1) Winston lied to Fisher. or (2) Winston lied to Harbaugh . or (3) Fisher lied to the media.
