Jacksonville vs Kansas City on 01/21 by Mike_Jones

Handicapper Analysis +1
When these teams first met, the Chiefs won 27-17. This score is misleading, though. Kansas City accrued almost 500 yards of offense despite turning the ball over three times. A cleaner and more efficient performance is all the Chief offense needs to drop 40 against the Jaguars as the Lions did. Jacksonville's offense will struggle to keep up because it lacks a similarly potent vertical passing game. Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is inefficient with his long ball, although the lack of deep threat posed by his wide receivers, in general, does not help him. Lawrence's weakness makes it easier for defenses to limit his passing ability, as teams show they've realized when facing Lawrence a second time.
