for the Pats. The Jaqs have been playing very well of late, especially on defense. I would love to take 7.5 points -110, but most likely will have to lay a bit more for the hook. I expect Jack Del Rio to have his team looking to pull a major upset.

In their last 6 games 7 points would have gottne you a push or win, seems like they've been playing teams close.

The Jags are very confident. One player was quoted as saying something to the effect of "if we go in there and win", meaning they think they can win. But let's not forget that they play in Flordia, and the cold New England weather will certainly be a factor, as it was with Miami last Sunday.

Also, Belichick's always had a good scheme for opposing young quarterbacks. I don't think this will be any different here. Wheter or not New England can cover the 7 rests on one question: "How badly do the Pats want this game?"

New England can't be stopped. Everyone's power rating with Jack has gone up markedly so everyone will probably be on Jacksonville here. I am worried that new england will win another game and cover when they shouldn't. I have to pass here.

Agree with the under here. Looks like it's going to be around 32 degrees during the game with possible snow. Both defenses are playing well. Hopefully turnovers won't lead to easy scores.

Just my homer opinion, but I have seen teams on the rise like Jack, win a couple of games, get full of themselves and then shit to bed....they beat Tampa a team on the way down, shut out Houston a team at about their level now they go to frozen foxboro to face a team that hasn't given up a TD in the last 4 games at home. This has not happend in 50 years in the NFL....Look for the Pats D to score 7 points themselves...Pats want to get their O going Troy Brown returns.

Like I said last week on Chiefs/Broncos game, I will always bet against team the next week after clinching division or playoff spot. I look for Del Rio to have troops play hard and keep it close. Jags defense very underrated as Dline is better than New England's.

Great Game...Tough Capping. Teams that cover on the road usually have about several areas in their favour against their opponent, ATS/As A Dog, Last Five, & the favourable situation the spread presents (favoured last week and now 7 point dogs) Jags qualify In all these areas but the Patriots qualify in everyone as well except the spread as it does not favour them going from about3 or four point favourites last week to now 7. These factors make this game incredibly tough to cap but I think the main question here is whether or not the Patriots care enough about this game to score. This is why I suspect this game will play out just like last week snoozer. Neither offense will be potent, the turn overs will have to get the job done as far as the Pats covering and I think that is exactly what will happen. Warm front meets cold front for Jags and that is unacceptable for me. I would lay the 7.

Weather tommorrow will be snowing starting around game time. Expecting 3-6+ inches with wind gusts of up to 35mph. last week two good defenses(1from Florida) no offensive touchdowns. This week two good defenses(1 from Florida) Deja vu baby. I'll be taking the under as I see a very similar game.

Fred Taylor will be getting a $140,000 bonus when he reaches 1300 rushing yards. Just info.

Look for New England's D to roll a rookie QB in this game. I cannot see, especially in bad weather, that Byron can make the plays needed to beat this secondary in third and long situations.

Although Byron played in the MAC and in the cold, just too many factors stacked against him. Too many people pounding the Jags.

I agree that Brady has a horseshoe in his ass. This team is damn lucky, but they are also damn good.
