Jacks back!!! 24: Live Another Day - May 5, 2014

I agree Chop. As much as I loved Breaking Bad, I still have to put 24 as my favorite series of all time with BB a close second.

I'm going to need a really good 2nd and 3rd episode to keep me watching.. didn't love it last night..

Their were a couple of seasons of 24 that were some of the best TV I can remember.

To be honest, I don't think the two shows are too similar. I say give it a try though. Breaking Bad gets a little too unbelievable at times.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Season 3 is prime example when Jack was an addict and actually was close to shooting up again but still was able to be Super Jack for the next 24 hours. The guy has more lives than a cat.

Thought you have watched every episode? When did Tony die again? He was still alive last I knew so can't come back to life like he did in season 7. I'm sure he is in prison.

I find it wildly distracting that they are using the blonde from Dexter for some reason. To a lesser extent the black dude will always be "Chis Partlow" from The Wire, but it is nit bothering as much as the blonde

When? The last we saw Tony he was in custody and taken away by the FBI. He was not dead.

Does anyone know if an encore presentation of last nights episode is airing anytime this week? I left Friday to travel back east for a funeral and forgot it was airing last night so never set it up to tape. I did get to watch it last night with my Mom but it was one of those episodes id like to watch again.

Now that I'm back home I can answer my own question. For anyone else interested, another telecast of the 2 hour season premier of 24 airs Friday night at 8 PM est.
