They scored 54 points in the first half. If they score 54 in the second half, they'll finish with 108. That's really the simplest way to figure this. Not all games score more points in the second half, and I would be VERY surprised to read that the national average for every game after an entire season is 8 points more in the second half. Even if you're right, and they score 8 more in the second half, they'll finish with 116, not 123.
I also checked the scoreboard at covers, and they don't add in any points for second-half bias when projecting the total in-game.
