It seems like Brady's skillset doesn't fit how Arians most likes to attack on offense and Arians isn't willing to adjust.
I think this is a narrative that's been WAY overblown by the media. Let's look at two sets of facts:
Set 1
1. Brady is top 10 in passing yards this season.
2. Brady is ranked #4 in number of TD passes thrown this season.
3. Brady is in the top 14 of both QBR and RTG.
4. The Bucs offense is #6 in the NFL in PPG this season.
5. The Bucs are 8-5 and are in great position to make the playoffs for the first time in years.
Set 2
1. Tom Brady is 43 years old.
2. After playing 20 years for one organization, Tom Brady has had to completely learn a new system this year.
3. With almost zero offseason, Brady has had to learn the new offense on the fly.
4. With almost zero offseason, Brady has had very little time to get in synch with new receivers. Outside of Gronk of course.
Everybody relax. Tampa Bay is just about where I (and many people) thought they would be this year.
