It's easy to see now why the Eagles aren't the same team without Shawn Barber (and Hugh Douglas)

If tonight's your first time this year seeing the Chiefs play, then you are seeing just how valuable Shawn Barber was to the Eagles, not to mention Hugh Douglas also. If I recall, seems Big Lou and I pointed this out before the season even began!

Why what did Lou say? That if a team off back to back Nfc championship losses lost its middle lb and its backup towelboy then they would have a losing season?

No petyos, before the season started there were discussions in here by everyone about Philli, and many still thought they would be dominant. Also, there was another thread regarding the first week of the season, when many were on Philli over Tampa, and Lou and I both tried pointing out to people that the Eagles were a huge question and that they more than likely would not be the same team with the loss of not only Hugh Douglas, which everyone seemed to only consider, but also Shawn Barbers' loss would be huge.
