i know big games pull out every novice gambler who has never done any research or homework in thier lives to lay down thier hard-earned money, and i also know that the vast majority of the general public lose these games like clockwork that's why vegas is'nt still just a desert with nothing but sand and sun.
so tell me it can't be true.
first i checked out the current line in the ind/ne game this morning to find ne is down to giving 1 pt.
then jumped to check out the current standings in the national poll on vegasexperts.com to see where the public's $ is going and found out it's overwhelming in favor of indy and the over, with ne and the under coming in at 5.6% of all polled.......

is it possible by gametime to be getting...THE WORLD CHAMPIONS OUTSIDE AT HOME AS AN UNDERDOG TO A DOME TEAM THEY'VE OWNED?

anything possible. I believe that I read in another thread that NE did not cover the field this week and had lots of rain. Should slow game down. Lets not forget about that Indy D. No one ever talks about how poor they are.

i like NE and under.

Just posted my thoughts below in my threat and is also most appropriate here.

<TABLE class=tborder cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=6 width="100%" align=center border=0><TBODY><TR vAlign=top><TD class=alt1>From a critical thinking perspective I've noticed that when most bettors are on one side disproportionably and are wrong,(In this case St Louis) bettors are usually focusing on just ONE of the 3 main variables (Offense, Defense and Special teams) and discounting the other 2. Adding fuel to the fire bettors are then letting the pointspread (matters only in 18%) sway their reasoning, "7 is too many." When you find yourself on a Side along with everybody and their mother ask yourself why you are there. Everybody and their mother type games USUALLY win IF you have all the 3 main variables in your pocket and lose if you only have one or two. Looking at my record above, all the San Diego games I picked it was commented on all that I was picking a team that everyone and their mother was on. Well I was picking SD for all the right reasons better special teams and better offense and defense. The one San Diego game that everybody and their mother was on that I didn't side with SD was last week against the Jets who came in with the better defense.

Any everyone and their mother games on today Sunday? Eagle vs Vikings, Colts vs Patriots. Is everyone and their mother on one side for the all the right reasons or are they just focusing on one variable and letting the pointspread dictate their choice?

i just called the weather in philly and foxboro so i could hear it firsthand.

domed minnesota is looking at ...
cloudy and overcast, flurries, mid 20's and 11 mph winds at gametime.

domed indianapolis is looking at...
cloudy and overcast, 70% chance of flurries, low 20's and 21 mph wind gusts.

loving both sides big and both totals big.

The field will be fine - but it will be cold and windy and perhaps a little snowy as the game progresses.
