so if the united states attacks iran,we are not doing israels dirty work?

If the United States attacks Iran it is for her own interest not Israel's

Israel could do it herself and is held back by the United States

Why? We just supposed to sit around while a psycho gets his hands on nuclear technology who promises genocide. Are we more concerned with not being hated by Islamic nations, that we want to take a chance of being wiped out by nukes? Seriously, what do you think will happen when Iran has nukes?

romanowski,I like your posts usually but this one is so wrong it defies comprehension.bush and Americas foreign policy in the middle east centers around Israel and that is obvious.

bush is the most pro Israeli president we have had.

the jewish zioinist and christian zionist - evangelical power base in the republican party couldn't of had a greater servant in the white house than president bush.the notion of a nuclear iran threatening the US is absurd.it is always about israel and "supposed" threats to its survival

israel is a nuclear power but no one seems to talk about sanctions or invasions of isael.the world will be a better place when everyone, israel the US,russia, north korea, china, france, britain india, pakistan and all the degenerate nations in the "nuclear club" rid themselves of these weapons and let our children grow up without this threat in their lives

Please explain how anything posted above refutes what I said? Israel is the center of USAs foreign policy because USA chooses it to be so. In her interest.

Yes the USA supports Israel in the middle east along with Egypt, Saudia Arabia, and other nations. Its does so with means to an end, control of the region and for balance of power, and yes the US would prefer Israel over Iran. Its business and it most certainly is in the USAs interest, it is not done so with no ego or self interest. Why doesnt Israel get sanctions? For one its never been proven they have the nuclear power that many merely suggest, and two they are an ally. Do you get it?

And yes sensationalists in the media always cry for the threat to existence of Israel but the truth is Israel can take care of herself, period. And is constantly held back by the US to defend herself. So whats said in the media is of no consequence of what is done and said in Washington behind closed doors.

Israel is so much more than the religious significance. And Please do not forget this country was most definitely founded by christians. Christian Zionists want Israel for there own selfish reasons including converting every jew. Jewish Zionists already won. Zionist by definition means for the existence of a jewish state. But besides that fact Israel is a the center of commerce for the entire region. Literally trade routes. Even the arabs need Israel. Its all a game. The Palestinians are nothing more than misplaced arabs from other states (Egypt, Syria, Jordan mostly). They are not native to that land, its welld ocumented by american writer Mark Twain who visited the holy land in the 1880s, it was barren, little to no villages etc. If these folks were so terribly mistreated surely their arab brothers would take them in the rich neighboring countries. Theyre own leaders are to blame for their plight. In fact if Israelis were to get up and leave they wouldnt know what to do. They are fed by Israel. And without the struggle "they" dont exist.

Iran is more an enemy to Saudia Arabia then to Israel. You can believe what you want but if a US war breaks with Iran, its not because of Israel.

by the way I dont know how you calculate that GWBs 8 year term administration has been the most pro Israeli ever.

So I really cant comment on it

But one thing is for certain no administration has seen more arab power grow ever in history. From Condoleeza Rice being the biggest arab, specifically Palestinian appeaser to the growth in power of Iran, to the Saudis buying not only european key infrastructure businesses but in the US as well.

US tries to keep commerce going and feeds both sides of the conflict

I love how the Righties tout Bush being a "Man of the Bible" when he is
the 1st President to rip up the Abrahamic Covenant ....

Rice being kidnapped by Arabs on her next trip would be no loss to this country as she is living proof that swallowing Bush's semen can get ya
promoted after being a complete bombout in job assignment #1

Hey Romo, how about a direct answer to this question in your own words?

Every post of mine is in my own words unless I offer a link...

QL & DP Rome is a metaphor for the gentile world, who certainly is Israel's master not the other way around

OK I'll grant you that Israel and Zionists do not completely control the world, but do you at least admit they have influence which is disproportionate to their numbers (possibly because of superior intelligence)?

Also, why do you apply the Rome metaphor to the US, considering that Protestants outnumber Catholics in the US by more than 2 to 1?

(possibly because of superior intelligence)?

Are you assuming that is true?

If we assume its true then positions are earned? Or do you assume its from legacy wealth and undeserved?

:think2: the metaphor would include catholics and protestants (gentiles)

Nothing against either group, generally speaking. I was raised Catholic

I'm assuming it's true, ie. that they have greater intelligence and that is the main cause of the disproportionate influence.

Regarding both intelligence and legacy wealth, I say if you've got it, use it, and don't apologize for it. Just be careful you've thought it all through and look out for the blowback!

OK I'm not saying you are against one or the other, but Protestants are by definition anti-Rome, and Catholics are pro-Rome, no? To me it seems odd to lump them in the same category regarding Rome.

DP im gonna assume youve never been to a service in a protestant church, because there certainly isnt an anti-rome fervor.

I am not giving my opinion here but, the hardline conspiracy crowd says they are and have been infiltrated long ago and bow to the pope generally speaking, including the baptist colleges in the south.

Believe it or not I have been to a service, and the Rome issue wasn't brought up as you say, but there are current and former evangelical baptists in my family and they are very conscious of their church's position on Rome, which is definitely not something the Pope would find flattering.
