Is this credit card fraud?

Im out of money and in to debt with my mom, the only way out i can think of is getting a credit card with my sons name on it pull out cash and give this gambling thing one more try......

Question is if i apply with his name and social but get denied is that CC fraud?

he's only 15yrs old but one time when i was making 50k and my wife was a stay at home mom i was turned down for a CC then turned around and filled one out for her and said she was self employed and made 75k and WAS APPROVED FOR SAME CARD.

if its not fraud im trying it i have no choice, worse case i have another bill to pay if i lose.....BUT IF I WIN......:aktion033
