The whole thing is creepy to me as well. I saw one commercial where the "King" appeared in bed with a guy! LORD, I would kick his ROYAL ASS for that! However, we must remember one thing: we are talking about the BurgerKing commercials, so THEY WIN!
I don't like those commercials...I don't like the commercials showing the guys in the weird helmets and suits hitting balls and pitching...is that Nike if I remember correctly? And I don't like the ants on the basketball court commercials...don't even remember who that is for....
HOWEVER, the water (I think Dasanie (sp?)) commercials with the dog in one or two and the bear in another...FUNNY and GOOD! tulsa

It's the actual "King" who is merely some guy dressed in a suit, but the suit is very odd, with an extremely large plastic head that looks very creepy. One guy is in his kitchen (I think) and just opens his curtain and there the figure stands, kind of like Michael Myers, but instead of holding a knife, he's holding a sandwich, and the guy just grabs it and strats eating it......
the message tells me dont eat whoppers or youll get the king by your side. heed the warning general or youll heve ronald mcdonald in bed with you stroking your face with an egg mcmuffin. that may happen anyway at the vegas bash.lol. but what happens in vegas ....ends up posted right here at the rx.:lolBIG: ~RG
I have stumbled around restaurants for quite a few years, and have heard all the stories about employees cutting their fingers off etc, but I find the Burger King fable just that, a fable. There may have been a finger in their chili, but wouldn't it seem plausible to do a finger count on the staff????
