This is the first time you have heard it from me because it is not easy to write something negative about one of the pioneers in this biz, who has a great reputation when it comes down to honor and integrity...

THE SHRINK
I have for a long time listed Olympic as my top sportsbook. Times are changing. The CS issues have been a complaint forever, yet we do not hear that it is getting better. The issue with vig has finally set in with me as well. I do not mind .20 bases, but when I see a college football halftime line @ -2½ -160, I have to re-evaluate. There was a thread yesterday about Oly and payouts being slower recently. I requested 3 payouts from oly in the last 30 days. All 3 payouts via neteller took over an hour & I had to email them each time asking for the processing. The 3rd time I had to call neteller to determine if Oly had done the transfer after I received an email from Oly stating it had been. Neteller said it hadn't been so I email Oly again & they release it.
My point is, maybe there is some slipping. If I were to publish my top 10 list of books again today, Oly would no longer be the #1 choice.

I think Ken might have been a little harsh in his post, but I don't like that fact that Oly has an arogance about them to which they feel no need to improve on their customer service.

Over one hour with Olympic or over 36hours with Bodog.An email to Olympic to remind them about the withdrawal I just made, or several emails to Bodog asking where my money is since its been over 24hours. Hrmmm there is a reason why I dont play with Bodog anymore and more with Olympic. Can you guess why??
