Patrick,

We clearly both have agendas here, but reading your posts is akin to being strapped down and watching Fox News for 24 hours, the viewpoints expressed simply aren’t factual. Are you sure you aren’t related to Ann Coulter?

Nevertheless-

” A source very close confirms they are busted and waiting on money. The source tells of a player dispute which the book couldn't pay if they wanted to. Owner of watchdog site practically begs owner of EWinner to call. Owner of book vehemetly refuses to pick up phone.”

#1. We have never been and are not busted, how clear can we make this? Is there any instance of a player who is a legitimate player who was not paid promptly by our book? Surely with such weak finances you have multiple instances of players being at least slow-paid right? Has any player who has since pulled out of our book following this incidence not been promptly paid in full whether it was $2300, $7000, or $300? Again surely with us being close to being insolvent we must have stiffed legitimate players as well correct?

How this discussion ever turned into a discussion on our corporate finances I will never know. They are and will remain rock solid.

#2 I tried to place a call to the “watchdog” on Friday but was unable to get through. I did call on Saturday morning (NOT ONCE DID SOMEONE at the “WATCHDOG” site try and contact me) and I can assure you that I will NEVER again speak with said “watchdog” following that brief irrational and pre-pubescent conversation.

I hope this clears up some confusion and erroneous information that you have been fed, I realize that it makes many of your points both illogical and fundamentally incorrect; however, I apologize in advance for that.

TinCo- Please note sir, no money was there for me to take out.

You should give The Shrink & McIrish some due respect and credit. As hard as you may want to disagree, they are a tremendous help to us players and for as long as I have known them, have always tried to do the right thing. To be quite honest with you, if I didnt feel that way, would not be assoicated with them. TTinCO, good luck sir.

Patrick and others, I want to clear something up.

I stand behind the Rx 100% for taking E-Winner off the site, its better to error on the side of the players than the other way around, but you are way off base with the Stiff Book comment, its out of line till all the facts are know, people wont get paid if they cheat, do u think cheaters such as hackers and past posters a should be paid as well??

Chips - fair enough. I've made this point before as maybe I am guilty of it. If I had 10% of what I was stiffed out of in my life I would be rich. Damn close. Because of my background rats and stiffs don't go fair with me. Maybe I am overly hard on them. In 25 years though we never not paid a winner. If 6 guys bearded in on us and won a bet on a game they got paid. Was never a question abut it! Didn't matter if they exceeded their limits or not. We never felt like we could keep their money because they broke a rule and did something dishonest. That bet could have lost just as easily and I know we wouldn't have given it back to them if we won.

People come from different backgrounds. Some may feel a rat is not wrong, the guy he reported "should have never broke the law to begin with". We are all different. I'd be lying if I said to me that EWinner is not a stff book but maybe others disagree based on their beliefs. They are taking money won on wagers that were never affected by the alleged "cheating" and that isn't right. To me that makes it wrong and it makes them a stiff. I can see way others would think differently though so I will just leave this and let others decide for themselves.

Been an interesting thread to say the least.

Fair enough Fish...my flaming example was just pointing out how dangerous it is to allow unproven serious claims.

Looks like Ewin seems to be calling bullshit here....hmmmmm.

If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times on here, "helping scammers ONLY HURTS the honest players".

If you help enough scammers whore, beard, & extort book .. then soon enough books go under & the loyal honest players are the one's that are fuked.

There is NOTHING pro-player about helping scum scammers get paid.

EWinner - I don't talk politics sir, don't care if you are right or left. Willing to discuss this issue though. Are you the owner or the techie who called Shrink? If you are the owner I will give you Shrink's cell phone right now, okay? Then you call and speak your mind and report back. If you are the techie who called to complain about the banner pass this on to Jared if you would. His position now is this is Friday and you never got a chance to talk to Shrink?

LOL.

You admit you had a chance to call but your tech called and got his feelings hurt last week, now you will never call to straighten it out? LOL. Got it. That's what I would do if I had done nothing wrong and was pulled from the site suddenly. See if one of my workers would call during lunch break and find out why.

Hard to do but you are coming across as more of a pompous self-righteous asshole than I am.

Patrick,

It was I who spoke to the Shrink and yes I am a principal in the company, it was also I who met you in Las Vegas.

I have his number and have zero interest in speaking with him, he had a chance to rationally talk through this issue with me and instead choose not to. Hell at the time I would have flown to VA to discuss it on the day that it occurred. However, I will have to respectfully decline all further contact.

Best!

Krack, I've heard that these guys already collective withdrew over 30K....

That's just one more unanswered question out there.

Ewinner, if you are pissed at Ken & refuse to discuss it, why not fill in Russ to help clear your name.

Who cares about the forum pissing match bullshit, lets just get the fact out. If you have a case, you'll gain a lot of respect from the posters.

EWinner,
IMO getting to the bottom of this would be better for the posters, the RX & EWinner. I mean no disrespect, but it seems as if we have two bulls that refuse to work things out. There is no principle worthing proving when other's financials are at stake.

Please reconsider as I believe, given the opportuntiy, you will find Ken to be a very resonable man.

Regards.

I will back out of further talks as obviously I can not verify who he spoke with on Saturday. If it was you I don't think he realized it based on what he told me. Still don't see why you can't call again though, maybe it was a misunderstanding? Those things happen all the time in this business.

I know from being there in Vegas he liked the hell out of you, so did I!! Hard to see why you would be this stubborn over it, give him a call if you think you have something to say. I get yelled out over the phone twice a day.

Lander,

With all due respect for your opinions we believe you are wrong by calling a group of real people scammers . They are sharps, not even wise . We have had 5 of them wagering with us in the past and we can assure that their accounts have never been flagged for irregularities.

Please feel free to contact us should you wish to discuss this issue.

Thank you.

Actually,
I just might take you up on that offer this weekend Royal. I'm always in favor on understanding the truth here. I was brushed off my our head mod, but I am planning to talk with Ken tonight & would also like to hear your side. If I'm wrong, I will be the first to appologize for any false slandering I have done.

Thanks again.

btw - Who do I ask for?

let me throw a question out here for thought

if ewinner took the money b/c the players did not play by their rules. and put it on a table and burned live on webcam.

would this make a difference. it would show they had no money problems and would show that they will not pay scammers.

they could take a picture of a hand full of money on fire like hollywood and say if your a scammer this is what will happen to your payout. i think this might deter the kind of action they don't want
